David was born and raised in the Yarra Ranges and lives on his ‘forever property’ with his fiancé in Seville.
David brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to his role as Councillor with a career spanning across Agriculture, Emergency Management, Community Development, Process Improvement and Strategic Planning. More recently David has undertaken a leadership role advising on impacts of the new Local Government Act 2020 specifically as a Community Engagement Specialist.
